Complete Payment |
| Once registered you can make payment for the repair you have chosen. We accept credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. You will then be sent an invoice, order number and our address. Please send your device to this address. | |

Send Your Item |
| Remove your HTC SIM and package your phone safely with bubble wrap. Send your HTC via Royal Mail Special Delivery. | |

We Repair and Test Your HTC |
| When we receive your HTC, our experienced technicians will repair it and test it thoroughly before returning it to you. | |

We Return Your Repaired HTC |
| Once the repair is complete we carefully package your phone and send it back to you via insured Royal Mail Special Delivery. We aim to complete the repair in 3-5 days or sooner. | |
