Prices

All prices include VAT and return delivery charges with in-transit insurance for Mainland UK. The return delivery is by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

 

Payment

Payments can be made via online payments using PayPal or credit or debit card. You can also pay over the telephone by calling 0116 2866447.

 

Sending your HTC to Us

We recommend for you to use Royal Mail Special Delivery service to send your device to our address.

 

Returning of Your HTC After Repair

Unless you wish otherwise, we send all of our repaired HTCs back to our customers via Royal Mail Special Delivery. The return delivery service is included in the price.

 

Insurance In-Transit

All devices shipped from us are covered with in-transit insurance for loss or damage. You can find current in-transit Insurance value applicable by contacting the courier or us at the time of placing the order.

 

Privacy Policy

We do not store credit or debit card details. We also do not share customer details with any third parties. Check our full Privacy Policy for more details.

 

Repair Process

We aim to complete the repair within 3 to 5 working days. In some circumstances the repair may take longer due to factors that are beyond our control. Any additional repairs you may need will require more time to complete.

 

Cancellations

Under the UK Distance Selling Act of 2000 you, the consumer, have the right to cancel your order within 7 days. The 7 days begin from the date you receive your order. To be entitled to cancel the order the item must be unused and in a re-saleable condition and must be returned at your expense. The cost of any loss of product / parts during transit is your responsibility. All monies entitled to be refunded will be credited once the item(s) has been received by iPAQ Repair & Parts - less the initial cost of shipping incurred by ourselves. Refunds are issued by credit card, debit card, Nochex, Paypal or cheque as appropriate within 28 days from the date the item(s) are returned. Please enclose your order number, your address and the reason for returning the goods.

 

Warranty

We offer a 12 month warranty for all repairs we do. Should a device fail with the same fault that was repaired, we will replace the part for no charge to you. This excludes faults relating to physical or accidental damage or if the device is found to be opened in your possession. On return of the device if no fault is found or fault is outside of warranty there will be a reasonable postage and packaging charge for us to deliver the device back to you or you may arrange to have the device collected from us at your cost.

 

Refunds

All warranties are void if the returned merchandise is found to be damaged, scratched, modified or altered in anyway. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management. Any non-defective item that has been used, installed or opened by the customer is subject to a restocking fee based on the items used resale value. The restocking fee for used, installed or opened non-defective items will normally be 10%.
